IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd in its meeting held on 7th February 2023 has considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees four only) per Equity Share of Face Value Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The board has fixed 17th February 2023 (Friday) as the Record Date to determine the names of the equity shareholders, who shall be entitled to receive the above said Interim Dividend. The payment of the Interim Dividend shall be made to the eligible shareholders before 8th March 2023.
