ITC Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of ITC Ltd ('the Board') at the meeting held on 3rd February, 2023 has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per Ordinary Share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2023; such Dividend will be paid between Friday, 3rd March, 2023 and Sunday, 5th March, 2023 to those Members entitled thereto.

The board also fixed Wednesday, l5th February, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for such Interim Dividend.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 380.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 378.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1126646 in over 19870 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 382.20 and intraday low of 372.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 426266773.00.
