Pondy Oxides Board approves NSE listing

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2006, inter alia, has considered and approved the proposal for listing of shares in National Stock Exchange (NSE) and authorized the Managing Director and Company secretary to take follow up action in this regard.
