Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd fixes Feb 2, 2023 as record date for rights issue

The board of directors of Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited had earlier approved the issue of 93,94,050 equity shares of face value of Re. 10 each (Equity Shares) to Eligible Equity Shareholders aggregating up to Rs. 1878.81 lakhs.

Terms of Payment: Rs. 05 per share on Application and Rs. 05 per share on subsequent calls as may be decided by the Board of Directors from time to time.

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on January 18, 2023, has considered and approved Thursday, February 02, 2023 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the Eligible Equity Shareholders who are eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares, in the Issue (Record Date).
