Lyka Labs Ltd board to consider fund raising proposal

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Lyka Labs Ltd is schedule to be held on Saturday, 21st January, 2023 at the Corporate Office of the Company at Spencer Building, Ground Floor, 30 Forjett Street, Grant Road (West), Mumbai - 400 036, to consider and evaluate proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares or any other eligible convertible securities, through permissible modes or combination of both, subject to all such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company.
