QGO Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 20 crores through NCDs

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 10:30 AM and concluded at 10:45 AM have, considered and approved issuance of Unsecured, unlisted, redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Private Placement basis up to Rs. 20,000,000/- (Rupees Two crores only) within the borrowing limits of the Company as approved by the shareholders.

Shares of QGO Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 45.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 46.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16006 in over 77 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49.00 and intraday low of 45.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 748927.00.
