Ashiana Housing Ltd posts robust sales in Q3FY23

Ashiana Housing Ltd has sold 1,148 number of units with saleable area of 17,26,804 sq. ft. (saleable value INR 877.61 Crores) during the nine months ended 31st December 2022 (FY 2022-23).

For Quarter ending 31st December 2022, the company has sold 565 units aggregating to 9,04,447 sq. ft. with sale value of Rs. 485.38 crores.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3625 in over 228 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 141.50 and intraday low of 138.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 506432.00.
