Indo Asia Finance Ltd to change name as Challani Capital Ltd

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, had considered and approved the proposal to change the name of the Company from M/s INDO ASIA FINANCE LIMITED to M/s CHALLANI CAPITAL LIMITED or any other name as may be available with ROC, by making an application through RUN services with CRC and to obtain NOC from the Regulator RBI. The Proposed name change is subject to the approval of the Regulator, BSE and the shareholders of the Company.

Shares of INDO ASIAN FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2578 in over 27 trades.
