Solar Industries India Ltd raises Rs. 60 crores through NCDs

The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Solar Industries India Limited in its meeting held today i.e. December 23, 2022, has approved the allotment of 600 (Six Hundred) rated, unsecured, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures, each having a face value of ₹ 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh only), for an aggregate nominal value of up to ₹ 60,00,00,000/- (Rupees sixty crore only) in dematerialised form, on private placement basis ("Debentures").

The Debentures are proposed to be listed on Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of Solar Industries India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4051.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4036.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3589 in over 1263 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4098.00 and intraday low of 4007.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14554200.00.
