Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd to invest in media company

Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd., has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s Friday To Friday Entertainers & Media Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai - a company involved into production of Films, TV Serials and other correlated activities. The MOU, entered today on Thursday, 22nd December, 2022 envisages investment by Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd. upto 51% of the paid-up capital of M/s Friday To Friday Entertainers & Media Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai subject to due diligence and purchase price discovery.
