SoftSol India Ltd fixes Jan 13, 2023 as record date for buyback

The board of directors of SoftSol India Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held on November 14, 2022, having considered and approved buyback of fully paid up equity shares of the Company having a face value of INR 10/- (Indian Rupee Ten Only) ("Equity Shares") through the "tender offer" route, at a price of INR 170/- (Indian Rupees One hundred and Seventy only) per Equity Share, payable in cash, for an aggregate amount not exceeding INR 35,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Thirty Five crores only), excluding expenses to be incurred for the transaction (such buyback the "Buyback).

The members of the Company have approved the Buyback by passing a special resolution through postal ballot. Kindly refer to our report dated December 21, 2022 intimating the results of the postal ballot process.

The Company has fixed Friday, January 13, 2023, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of the holders of the Equity Shares who shall be eligible to participate in the Buyback.

Shares of SOFTSOL INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 162.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 162.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 982 in over 8 trades.
