GAIL India Ltd raises Rs. 1575 crores

GAIL India Ltd has issued 15,750 (Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty), 7.34% Senior, Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Taxable, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Series-I) of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) each aggregating to Rs. 1575,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five Crore) on Private Placement basis on 20111 December, 2022.

The funds raised through this issue will be utilized for, refinancing of existing borrowings and/or funding of Capital Expenditure of the Company, including recoupment of expenditure already incurred and/or for any other purpose in the ordinary course of business of the Company.

Shares of GAIL (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 97.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1553550 in over 6433 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 98.15 and intraday low of 96.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 150645984.00.
