Visagar Financial Services Ltd fixes Dec 30, 2022 as record date for 51:10 rights issue

The board of directors of Visagar Financial Services Ltd at its meeting held today, has fixed December 30, 2022, Friday as the record date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the rights entitlement in the rights issue.
