Technocraft Industries India Ltd fixes Dec 30, 2022 as record date for buyback

The Buyback Committee of Technocraft Industries India Ltd, being duly authorised by the board of directors of the Company for buyback, has vide its resolution dated December 19, 2022 considered and approved Friday, December 30, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and names of shareholders, who will be eligible to participate in the proposed Buyback.

Shares of Technocraft Industries (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 913.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 912.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 248 in over 38 trades.
