Remedium Lifecare Ltd approves merger of MVK Lifesciences Pvt Ltd

After considering the recommendation and report of the Audit Committee and the Committee of Independent Directors, the Board of Directors of Remedium Lifecare Limited in the meeting held on December 16, 2022 at the Registered office of the Company situated at 601, Hyde Park, CTS No. 680 Saki Vihar Rd, Saki Naka, Mumbai- 400072, Maharashtra have considered and approved the Scheme of merger of MVK Lifesciences Private Limited with the Company pursuant to Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of Remedium Lifecare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 142.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2606 in over 32 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 143.25 and intraday low of 140.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 371818.00.
