Prozone Intu Properties Ltd to change name as Prozone Realty Ltd

The Company has received an email from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), confirming the availability of the proposed name 'Prozone Realty Limited'. In view of the same, the Board of Directors vide passing a resolution today i.e., on 16th December 2022 have approved the change in name of the Company from 'Prozone Intu Properties Limited' to 'Prozone Realty Limited' subject to the approval of members of the Company.

Shares of Prozone Intu Properties Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 27.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175065 in over 1210 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.25 and intraday low of 26.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4933357.00.
