Choksi Laboratories Ltd board approves land sale

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Choksi Laboratories Limited held on Monday the day of 12th December, 2022 at the registered office of the Company situated at Survey No 9/1, Near Balaji Tulsiyana Industrial Estate, Gram Kumedi, Indore, 452010 MP, the Board has approved the sale of the-Land of the Company situated at 4/3, Manormaja Ganj, Indore-452001, being the related party Transaction.

This property admeasuring 5005 sq Ft was initially in the name of Mr. Sunil Choksi (DIN: 00155078) Managing Director of the Company and subsequently transferred to the Company and now sold to him on market rate/guideline at arm length basis, being related party Transaction.

Shares of CHOKSI LABORATORIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 39.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2229 in over 24 trades.
