Compuage Infocom Ltd allots 2,07,92,258 equity shares on rights basis

In relation to the Rights Issue and pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment for the Rights Issue, approved by the designated stock exchange, i.e., BSE Limited, on 8th December, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, 8th December, 2022, which commenced at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m., considered and approved the allotment of 2,07,92,258 equity shares at a price of Rs. 20/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 18/- per equity share).

In view of the above, post aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will be increased from Rs. 12,99,51,612/- (6,49,75,806 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 17,15,36,128/- (8,57,68,064 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each)

Shares of Compuage Infocom Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 25.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31948 in over 342 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.80 and intraday low of 24.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 800587.00.
