Remedium Lifecare Ltd to merge MVK Lifesciences Pvt Ltd with itself

The Board of Directors of Remedium Lifecare Limited ("Remedium") at their meeting held on 14th November, 2022, have subject to requisite permission / approvals / consents, approved the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") for the proposed merger of MVK Lifesciences Private Limited ("MVK') into the Company for strategic reasons.

The board also authorised its Whole Time Director - Dr. Vilas Lokhande and CFO - Mr. Ashish Parkar to decide on the finalization of the Scheme, valuation, swap ratio, etc. and recommend the same to the Audit Committee and to the Board of Directors for their approval for the proposed merger of MVK into the Company.

Shares of Remedium Lifecare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 139.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4 in over 1 trades.
