Vasudhagama Enterprises Limited announces bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Vasudhagama Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Ozone World Ltd) at its meeting held on Friday, October 28, 2022, has approved and recommend for issue up to 25,89,380 (Twenty Five Lakh Eighty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as bonus shares of an aggregate nominal value up to Rs. 2,58,93,800/- (Rupees Two Crore Fifty Eight Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Eight Hundred Only), as bonus shares to the shareholders out of the Securities Premium Account of the company for distribution among the holders of existing fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the company.

Shares of Ozone World Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.48. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7131 in over 27 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.75 and intraday low of 8.02. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60600.00.
