Aanchal Ispat Limited to acquire majority stake in Penguin Creation Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Aanchal Ispat Limited in its meeting held today i.e 28th October, 2022 has discussed regarding the acquisition of a majority stake of M/s Penguin Creation Private Limited and making it a subsidiary of our company through Share Swap subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Shares of Aanchal Ispat Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 19.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.14. The total number of shares traded during the day was 52197 in over 137 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.73 and intraday low of 19.11. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1014393.00.
