S & T Corporation Limited approves stock split

The Board of Directors of S & T Corporation Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 has approved in-principle the proposal for Sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company, such that 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company shall be sub-divided into 5 (Five) equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 2/- each and consequent alteration to Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company. Aforesaid shall be subject to requisite regulatory/statutory approvals including approval of the shareholders of the Company.
