NMDC fixes October 28, 2022 as record date for demerger

The Board of Directors of NMDC Ltd at their meeting held on 13.10.2022 fixed the Record Date as Friday the 28th day of October 2022 for the purpose of identification of shareholders of the Demerged Company to whom the shares of the Resulting Company would be required to be issued and allotted by the Resulting Company pursuant to the Scheme.

Shares of NMDC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 128.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 512745 in over 4154 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 131.45 and intraday low of 126.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 65661565.00.
