Cyient Limited Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Cyient Limited has declared an interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share (i.e.200%) on par value of Rs. 5 per share for the financial year 2022-23.

27 October 2022 is fixed as the record date for the above purpose and the dividend will be paid by 9 November 2022.

Shares of Cyient Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 773.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 780.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10615 in over 1948 trades.
