Narayana Hrudayalaya completes acquisition of Sparsh Hosur Road unit

Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, had on 5th September, 2022 signed a Business Transfer Agreement with Shiva and Shiva Orthopaedic Hospital Private Limited to acquire its Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital ("Sparsh Hosur Road" unit), situated at Narayana Health City campus, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru as a going concern on slump sale basis and signing of Agreement to subscribe to Optionally Convertible Debentures of Shiva and Shiva Orthopaedic Hospital Private Limited (OCD Agreement).

The Company has subscribed to the 80,00,000 OCDs of Rs.100 each on completion of conditions precedent. Further, the closure of transaction for acquisition of Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital ("Sparsh Hosur Road" unit) has been completed on 30th September, 2022 and the Sparsh Hosur Road unit stands transferred to Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited effective close of business hours on 30th September 2022.
