Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd fixes Oct 14, 2022 as record date for bonus issue for preferential issue shareholders

Pro Fin Capital Services Limited has fixed Friday, 14th October, 2022 as the "Record Date", for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 2 (two) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of Re. 1/- each, in accordance with the approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting held on Friday, September 30, 2022.

The Bonus share will be issued to the holders of the Equity Shares to whom the company has issued shares by way of preferential issue on May 06, 2022.
