Yash Management & Satellite Ltd, the holding company has further acquired 5% Equity Shares consisting of 5,00,000 (five lacs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of its subsidiary company i.e. Sudarshan Polyfab Private Limited. After this acquisition the total holding of the company in its subsidiary is 60,97,760 Equity shares which are 6l% of the total subscribed and paid up share capital of Sudarshan Polyfab Private Limited.
