Clariant Chemicals India Ltd to change anme as Heubach Colorants India Ltd

Consequent to acquisition of the Company by SK Capital and Heubach Group, the Board of Directors of the Company, through Circular Resolution dated August 29, 2022, have granted their approval for the change of name of the Company from "Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited" to "Heubach Colorants India Limited", and subsequent alterations in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders through Postal Ballot.

Shares of Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 429.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 431.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2331 in over 186 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 435.20 and intraday low of 426.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1005699.00.
