7NR Retail Ltd fixes August 23, 2022 as record date for rights issue

7NR Retail Ltd has fixed Tuesday, 23rd August, 2022 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of 1 (One) Fully paid-up Equity Share of the Company having face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each for every 1 (One) Equity Share held by the eligible existing equity shareholder in the Company on Rights basis (Rights Issue).

Rights Issue Details:

Total number of securities proposed to be issued - 11,66,95,000 Equity Shares
Face Value per equity share - Re. 1/-
Issue Price per equity share - Rs. 1.40/-
Total amount for which the securities will be issued - Rs. 16,33,73,000/-
Right entitlement ratio - 1 equity share for every 1 equity share held by the eligible equity shareholder in the Company as on record date
Terms of Payment - Full amount of Rs. 1.40/- per equity share is payable on application by eligible shareholders.
