Indag Rubber fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Indag Rubber Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 15, 2008 to July 30, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2008.
