Amba Enterprises Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Amba Enterprises Ltd has in its meeting held on 3rd August, 2022 recommended declaration of final dividend @ 6% i.e. 0.30 paise per Equity shares on Face Value of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General meeting.
