The Board of Directors of KDDL Limited at its meeting held on Thursday, 28th July, 2022 has, considered and recommended dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share (30%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
