Zenlabs Ethica Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of directors of Zenlabs Ethica Ltd has declared Interim Dividend of 2.5% i.e. Rs. 0.25 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the year 2022-23.

The Board has fixed Monday, 1st August 2022 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend declared today.
