U Y Fincorp Ltd to expand loan financing under GrowU

The Board of Directors of U Y Fincorp Ltd at their meeting held today i.e, 18th July, 2022 considered and approved the proposal for expanding the business operations of the Company into various other segments of loan financing under the New Brand name 'GrowU' as a pilot project. Based on the response of the pilot project and after obtaining necessary regulatory approvals, the company would like to foray into the space of digitally enabled lending through its own platform.

The board also approved the adoption of the new LOGO of the aforesaid brand name.

Shares of U. Y. Fincorp Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 11.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44455 in over 105 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.37 and intraday low of 11.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 494608.00.
