The Bonus Issue Committee of A Infrastructure Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., Thursday, July 14, 2022, has allotted 4,26,45,700 (Four Crore Twenty-Six Lakh Forty-Five Thousand and Seven Hundred) fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each in the ratio 1:1 [i.e., 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs 5/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of Rs 5/- each] held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e., Wednesday, July 13, 2022.
