HCL Technologies completes acquisition of Quest Informatics Pvt Ltd

HCL Technologies Ltd had earlier announced the acquisition of 100% stake in Quest Informatics Private Limited incorporated in India ("Quest"). The aforesaid acquisition has been completed effective July 12, 2022.

Shares of HCL Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 928.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 943.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 276648 in over 12649 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 948.50 and intraday low of 925.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 258601371.00.
