Satin Creditcare Network Ltd to consider fund raising of Rs. 5000 crore

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd is scheduled on 11/07/2022, to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures upto INR 5,000 Crore (Indian Rupees Five Thousand Crore only) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, subject to applicable laws and necessary approvals from shareholders, and any statutory authorities as may be required/applicable.
