Brigade Enterprises Ltd arm updates on acquisition

WTC Trades & Projects Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited has acquired 63% stake in the equity shares of the Tandem Allied Services Private Limited from its existing shareholders.

Tandem Allied Services Private Limited has become a subsidiary of WTC Trades & Projects Private Limited and a step down subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited due to the aforesaid acquisition. Prior to this acquisition Tandem Allied Services Private Limited was an associate company of Brigade Enterprises Limited.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 444.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 446.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6733 in over 448 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 447.00 and intraday low of 433.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2974336.00.
