CRISIL upgrades rating of Angel One Ltd

CRISIL Ratings Limited ("CRISIL"), has upgraded its rating on the long-term credit rating for bank facilities and reaffirmed the ratings on the short-term bank facilities and commercial paper programme of Angel One Limited.

Long Term Rating - CRISIL AA-/Stable (Upgraded from 'CRISIL A+ / Positive')
Short Term Rating - CRISIL A1+ (Reaffirmed)
Rs.500 Crore Commercial Paper - CRISIL A1+ (Reaffirmed)
