Acuite Ratings & Research Limited ("Acuite Rating") has assigned its long-term rating of "ACUITE C" (read as ACUITE C) on the Rs. 465.00 crore (present outstanding Rs. 397.00 crore only) bank facilities of Eros International Media Limited.

The Company is in process of seeking revision of the aforesaid rating.

Shares of Eros International Media Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22035 in over 314 trades.
