Vivimed Labs arm completes acquisition of James Robinson Ltd, UK

Vivimed Labs Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated February 11, 2008 regarding acquisition of M/s. James Robinson Ltd, UK, that all transactions for acquisition are completed on May 29, 2008 and Vivimed Labs Ltd, through its 100% subsidiary M/s. Vivimed Holdings Ltd, took over management and control of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.96.35, up by Rs.1.65 or 1.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.99.70 and low of Rs.94.

The total traded quantity was 14586 compared to 2 week average of 15588.
