The Board of Directors of Sanmit Infra Ltd has recommended the final Dividend of 0.35/- paisa per Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
