Donear Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of directors of Donear Industries Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Dividend, if approved, shall be paid as per the timeline mentioned in Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Regulations.
