Time Technoplast Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Time Technoplast Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/- each (100%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
