The board of directors of Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Ltd have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs.2.75/- per Equity Share (27.5% per equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2022 out of the profits of the Company, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
