Ruttonsha International Rectifier Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Ruttonsha International Rectifier Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. 27th May, 2022, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1/- (i.e. @ 10 %) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of shareholders at the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company. The said final dividend shall be paid to all the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders at the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
