Alphageo India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Alphageo India Ltd at its meeting held on 27th May, 2022, has considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of members at 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
