The Board of Directors of Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited have at their meeting held on 27th May, 2022, recommended Dividend of 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
