Ruchira Papers Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Ruchira Papers Limited at their Meeting held today i.e., 27.05.2022 had approved the recommendation of Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2021-22 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
