DISA India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of DISA India Limited at their Meeting held on May 25, 2022 has amongst other matters, considered and approved the Final Dividend @ Rs. 10 (100%) per share on 14,54,205 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, aggregating to Rs. 14.54 Million for the Financial year 2021-22 was recommended. The payment of dividend is subject to the approval by the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
